  3. 3From there, we discuss a walkthrough date that works with your schedule, ideally covering both a slow period and a rush.
  4. 4There's no obligation attached to sending this form, and no pressure to move forward if the timing isn't right.

What to Have Ready

A few things worth thinking through first

  • A rough sense of your busiest hours during the week
  • A mental picture of how your morning queue typically forms
  • Whether you currently run any loyalty program, formal or informal
  • Any layout or menu changes you've already tried, and how they went
